Decent work and productivity research centre
The Decent Work and Productivity Research Centre is a multi-disciplinary group of researchers with expertise in human resource management, work psychology, leadership and management, industrial relations, work and equalities, and employment policy. Our mission is to understand what drives decent and productive work – and who has access to it – while shaping a fairer future of work for all.
